I met this lovely woman today in North Vancouver for some headshots for her wellness business. I love doing this type of shoot for start ups. All of these images were taken in natural light on her back porch.

When I was looking back through my year of photos I was amazed by the number of headshots I had taken. Apparently I only photograph beautiful people - ha! It has been great fun getting to meet these local business owners, musicians, lawyers and non-profit managers.
I enjoy headshots that incorporate natural backgrounds and natural light while using texture and color to compliment the person I'm photographing and give them a sense of place.
