Brooke McAllister is a North Vancouver photographer who creates abstract imagery in camera. Offering more than a literal interpretation, an abstract conveys a unique experience of place, allowing the viewer to see something new in the familiar. Texture, colour and pattern dominate the photographic narrative and create an even deeper appreciation for our Pacific Northwest playground. Just like looking at a Christmas tree while crossing your eyes, the magic of the scene flickers to the surface when viewed from a non traditional perspective.
